Terms of Service

The following is a summary of the terms of service under which podcasts and podcasters are permitted to join and remain on the Tangent-Bound Network. We reserve the right to remove podcasts from the network for any violation of these terms. This description is illustrative, not exhaustive.

• You agree to not use our network in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
• You grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute your podcast, via a link on our website, via our network podcast player, and promote your podcast as part of the network, including use of your podcast logo online and in hard-copy marketing materials. This means you still own everything about your podcast, but you’re letting us promote it for you.
• The contents of your podcast must not include:
  • anything illegal! (Don’t be a criminal!)
  • personal attacks on an individual, group or class based on religion, nationality, race, creed, or sexual orientation (Don’t be a hater!)
  • confidential information you don’t have a right to share (Don’t be a snitch!)
  • breaches of contract (Don’t be a rule breaker!)
• All podcast (and related) content is the property and responsibility of the podcasters involved and Tangent-Bound Network takes no responsibility for content. Any opinions expressed are those of the podcasters and not the network.
• You agree to not use the network in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or otherwise interfere with the use of our website or network services, or cause damage, disruption or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Services of the Tangent-Bound Network are provided free of charge and we will not be liable for any business losses or any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
• The network will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software.
• Services may be modified or terminated at any time, for any reason and without notice. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
